Welcome to the website of The Friendship Project psychology lab at the University of Texas at Dallas. In our research, The Friendship Project examines friendships among children and adolescents. We’re interested in how children make friends, how those friendships develop, and how children behave with their friends. Our goal is to deepen understanding of children’s friendships so that all children feel included and accepted among their peers. The Friendship Project’s primary researcher is Dr. Marion Underwood, Associate Professor of Psychology at UTD. |
