You will find your subdirectory (acngrxx).
You have group access to this directory. Create your own subdirectories and move on.
Remember to lower protection so that other members of your group have rwx access, but the world does not. (For example, for each file/dir one member creates, execute the unix command
chmod 0770 filename/directory name so that others in the group can rwx.
