This web site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 5 or better. Browser upgrades can be obtained from Microsoft. If you use AOL it is still recommended that you download one of these browsers. AOL uses proxy servers with their default browser which will cause problems while trying to navigate this system. There are other Internet service providers that use proxy servers, these all can cause problems while trying to view this system. To get around this you need to configure your system to disable the use of the proxy server when trying to view these pages. In Microsoft Internet Explorer, this setting is found under the Internet Options > Connections > Lan Setting >Advanced.
