Arts and Technology 2011-2012 Scholarship - The Arts & Technology Scholarship is funded by the Metroplex Technology Business Council 2008 Tech Titan Award and the Greater Texas Foundation. The award will be a total of $2000 for one year towards tuition, or $1000 per Fall and Spring semester. All pplications are due no later than May 6, 2011.

Graduate Game Design Program Ranked in Top 10 - Princeton Review Bases University Rankings on Survey of Academics in Field - The University of Texas at Dallas has been included in The Princeton Review list of the "Top Schools for Video Game Design Study for 2011," based on a survey of administrators at 150 schools offering video game design programs or degrees. read more

Model to Help Patients See How to Sound Out Words - Traditionally, speech-language pathologists have relied on a patient's sense of hearing to improve speech sounds. A team of researchers from UT Dallas is hoping to change that by creating a new high-tech tool that will allow patients to use their sense of sight to visualize the movements of the mouth during speech. read more

Professor working on test to gauge kids' athletic potential (Nov. 13, 2009) - A UT Dallas professor, Mihai Nadin, is working to develop a test that gauges children's superstar potential.
