Intermediate Chinese I

DESCRIPTION OF COURSE:

This course is designed for students who have successfully completed the first part of Integrated Chinese, Level One and those who have acquired the same level of language proficiency or above. Students will continue to develop their verbal communication skills with expanding vocabulary and sentence structures to be able to function in various social settings. In reading and writing, more emphasis will be shifted from pinyin to authentic Chinese writing system – the characters
