Course Title:
Sound Design for Games

DESCRIPTION OF COURSE:

This class will be dedicated to the topic of Sound design for video game, virtual environments, and interactive applications with special emphases on:
The creation of realistic and complex sound environments
The simulation of changes in complex sound environments
The representation of cultural differences
The creation of interactive sound environments
The description of sound for use in collaborative contexts (story boarding, game design, etc.)

Pre-requisite: Introduction to Sound Design or Instructor’s permission
