DESCRIPTION OF COURSE:

Why study interpersonal communication? One answer is it's a major part of everyday life. As much as you need to understand math or science you should understand how people communicate with each other face to face or online. This course will explore the dynamics of interpersonal communication, the communication between two people.

During this course we will examine the perception of the self and others. We will also look at verbal, nonverbal, emotional, and conversational messages. Examining how all these things help shape relationships which include romantic partners, family members, friends, coworker, or anyone else we interact with.
