Spanish guitarist Ruben Parejo is the director of the Vall d'Albaida Music School, artistic director of the "Luys Milán" International Guitar Festival and a faculty member of the Valencia Conservatory of Music. His repertoire spans a variety of periods and styles, however, he specializes in the repertory of Andalucian composers such as Manuel de Falla and Joaquin Turina. Parejo has collaborated with Masahiro Aramaki, Monserrat Caballé, Daniel Bourgue, Grup Instrumental de Valencia, Traían lonescu and Pablo Zinger. His concert is cosponsored by Southern Methodist University’s Meadows Museum.
