Friends of Centraltrak
Enrich and invigorate the artistic communities of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex through support of Centraltrak: The University of Texas at Dallas Artists Residency. Centraltrak, an academic arts program offered by the School of Arts and Humanities, brings cutting-edge artists from across the globe to the only university-backed artists residency in Texas.
Your annual gift of $1,000 or more provides space for eight artists to live, work and exhibit, and serves as a community center for broad intellectual discourse around the arts. During 2009, special charter membership is offered for $500.
Offerings
Enjoy a full exhibition and lecture calendar, collaborating with Metroplex arts institutions to provide an interchange of ideas that connect the local context to the greater world.
Benefits
In appreciation, you will be invited to exhibits, receptions with the artists, lectures, symposia and special art tours in private homes and studios.
Giving Options
Gifts of cash, securities, endowed gifts, planned gifts or employer matching gifts count toward membership. Sponsorships underwrite programs vital to Centraltrak, which is funded through private gifts.
