The 2013 ALTA annual conference will be held at the Indiana Memorial Union at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN from October 16-19, 2013.

Hotel Reservations: The conference’s official hotel will be the Biddle Hotel, located in the Indiana Memorial Union. Special rates begin at $105 per night ($125 per night on Friday and Saturday). Reservations must be made by September 16 to receive this special rate.

To make a reservation, call 800-209-8145 / 812-855-2536 or visit the Indiana Memorial Union’s website and follow these instructions:

• Scroll down to “reserve a room”
• Enter desired arrival / departure dates
• Click the text that says “Click here for special rates”
• Enter group code: ALTA
• Click “Check availability”

Parking is complimentary for hotel guests, and wireless internet access is complimentary for conference guests.
