The 2012 ALTA annual conference will be held at the Memorial Art Gallery and the Strathallan Hotel in Rochester, NY from October 3-6, 2012. More details about this year’s exciting events will be available soon!

Call for Panels and Fellows: The call for panel proposals and ALTA Travel Fellowships is now closed. Thank you to all of the applicants!

Hotel Reservations: To make hotel reservations at the Strathallan Hotel for the 2012 ALTA conference, you may fill out the contact form at http://catalog.openletterbooks.org/contact, which will prompt a Strathallan representative to contact you for payment information and to provide you with a confirmation number. It may take up to 15 business days to receive a response from the hotel. You may also call the hotel directly at 585-461-5010. Calls will be answered during normal business hours; after hours you may leave a message and a representative from the Strathallan will return your call as soon as possible. Note that the hotel is undergoing renovations, with an anticipated completion during the summer of 2012.
