Bio: Nicole Fernandez is a translator, writer, editor, and teacher based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her portfolio as a translator includes museum exhibits, academic articles, advertisements, websites, and various business and legal documents. Her original work includes several short stories and poems. She has experience teaching both English and Spanish in the US and in Spain. She earned an M.A. in Spanish Language and Culture from New York University, splitting time between NYU’s Madrid campus and the creative writing M.F.A. program in New York. She holds an A.B. in Romance Languages and Literatures from the University of Chicago, where she also worked for the University of Chicago Press.
