Friday, July 13th from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
InfraGard, an FBI cyber security organization, rarely has meetings that are open to the public but this one at UT Dallas is. Kevin Mitnick, a famous hacker, will be speaking on "social engineering" at a meeting to be held in the UT Dallas Conference Center Auditorium.
After Kevin speaks, FBI Unit Chief Daniel Larkin will speak about the Evolving Threat of International Cyber Crime.
The program is being hosted by the Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science's CyberSecurity and Emergency Preparedness Institute.
