Alumni and their guests gathered at III Forks in North Dallas for an exclusive wine tasting with UTD Alumnus Dennis Haley '99. Dennis is the Sommelier and Cellar Master at III Forks, which is one of the top steak houses in Texas and the country.
Guests enjoyed several red and white wines from three wine vendors (Prestige, Republic and Il Paese), along with hor d'oeuvres.
Dennis treated guests to a tour of the wine room and a behind the scenes look at the kitchen of III Forks.
