Kenneth Pavlich (MS '80) was appointed Chief Executive Officer of El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. effective April 6, 2007. El Capitan Precious Metals, Inc. holds ownership stakes in mines located in Arizona and New Mexico, including a 40 percent interest in the El Capitan property located near Capitan, New Mexico.
Sanjay "Jay" Madhav (MBA '00) was featured in the March 2007 issue of "The Indian Express" in an article about his fight for the "rights of unrepresented minority actors." Madhav has been working in Hollywood for the past seven years, on such shows as "General Hospital" and "The Bold and the Beautiful," as well as the movie "Looking for Comedy in the Muslim World" and is also working on a marketing book for actors, scheduled for release later this year.
Erin Dougherty (BA '03, MPA '07) and Ray Mitchel (BA '03) are excited to have purchased their first house and to announce Erin's graduation from the UT Dallas' School of Economic, Political, and Policy Sciences.
Sean Lowery (BA '05) has recently been hired as the Creative Director at Irving-based MultiView, which publishes search engines for organizations and associations.
