Inaugural Distinguished Negotiation Lecture: Ambassador Dennis Ross

The Negotiations Center of The University of Texas at Dallas is pleased to invite you to its inaugural Distinguished Negotiation Lecture featuring Ambassador Dennis Ross, counselor and Ziegler Distinguished Fellow for the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. With more than 20 years of diplomatic experience, Ross has worked to bring about peace in the world's most divided regions. Under Presidents George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton, Ross served as a primary expert on Middle East policy. Appointed as a special Middle East coordinator under President Clinton, he successfully negotiated the Hebron Accord of 1997. Additionally, he served as director of Near East and South Asian affairs on the National Security Council staff and under President Ronald Reagan.
As a participant in this generation's most important Middle East peace negotiations, Ambassador Ross has a unique perspective on the negotiation process. He will share his extensive experience and insights with the UT Dallas community in this highly anticipated talk.
