Check-In/Out:
• University Village Residence Halls from 3-5 p.m.
• You will be notified of location prior to your arrival.
• There will be a short meeting at 6 p.m. the day of your arrive at your check-in location.
• If you need to check-in at a different time, please email reslife@utdallas.edu.
• Check out will be from 4:30 – 6 p.m. on the last day of the Institute.
What to bring:
• Pillow
• Ethernet cord to connect to internet in your room
• Laundry detergent for free laundry facilities, if needed
• Toiletries
• Automatic shut off coffee pot, if needed
Provided:
• Two sheets, one thin blanket, one pillowcase, one towel, one washcloth
