Bruce Barnes
Bruce Barnes graduated from Ohio State University with a BFA in painting, drawing and printmaking. He graduated with honors and an Excellence in the Arts award from the faculty of the Fine Arts department.
While attending OSU he also studied animation.
He has worked as a traditional and digital designer and illustrator.
As an animator he has worked on productions for companies as varied as Walt Disney, Song, Caesar's Palace and the New York Yankees.
Bruce designed and taught the advanced animation courses for twelve years at the Columbus College of Arts and Design.
Bruce has been teaching traditional animation, pre-production, action analysis, and drawing for animation at UT Dallas since 2005.
