Compliance Training
How it Works
- Every UT Dallas employee must take compliance training.
- We'll email you when it's time to take your training.
- We offer training:
- Online: This is the default option for most employees, and you can take your training from any computer with an internet connection.
- In person: Email us if you need this, and we'll set it up.
When to Take Your Training
We'll email you when it's time to take your training.
| If it's... | Then you should take compliance training... |

| Your first year at UT Dallas | Within 30 days of your online training account being set up. (Usually about 2 weeks from your hire date. We'll email you when it's ready.) If it's been more than a month, please email us at compliance@utdallas.edu. |
| Any time after that | Once a year. |

If You Don't Have Your Own UT Dallas Computer
Don't worry. You have options.
- Student employees can use the campus computer labs.
- Non-student employees can use the computers in the UT Dallas library.
- If you would rather get training in person, please email us. We'll set it up.
