Dr. Nancy Juhn teaches undergraduate statistics courses and graduate research methods courses, which are required core courses for all students in School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences. Before coming to UT Dallas, Dr. Juhn served as a senior policy analyst at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the Office of Inspector General, Office of Evaluation and Inspections. While working for the federal government, she published six national study reports for the role of federally funded health centers in health care delivery under the State Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP). When she served at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Dr. Juhn was awarded the Inspector General’s Exceptional Achievement Award as well as Inspector General’s Professional Development Award. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis, and her master’s and doctoral degrees from UT Dallas.
