Terms of Use

The University of Texas at Dallas requires that all individuals, organizations, departments and companies, both internal and external, obtain permission before using the marks of the University in a commercial or non-commercial manner. UT System has taken the action necessary to protect UT Trademarks under applicable federal and state law and has developed policies and procedures to license their use under limited circumstances (see Trademark Policy). The University logo is reserved for use only by individuals and units communicating in an official capacity on behalf of The University of Texas at Dallas. Any commercial use of any University mark requires prior approval and contractual agreement with the Office of Communications. Non-University requests for use of University logos, trademarks and wordmarks should be directed to the Office of Communications at X4701 or marketing@utdallas.edu.
