Brochures, newsletters, postcards, pamphlets, catalogs, mailers and an assortment of other printed material are produced through the Printing Division. The Printing Division will provide customized cost and time estimates on individual projects based on a range of specifications that may include: number of print colors, paper weight (text and cover), custom treatments, binding and finish. Once final copy has been approved, print production for most projects can generally be completed within 10 business days. Extraordinary quantities and specialized treatments, e.g., die cuts, perfect binding and embossing, will extend production times and increase costs. The school or department initiating the project is responsible for printing costs, requisition, account information and project approval.
Business Reply Mail
All Business Reply mail, including any outsourced printing, must be cleared through the Print Shop (ext. 2266) and Mail Services (ext. 2319).
Other Print Items
Since projects are prioritized on a first-come, first-serve basis, it is important that you allow extra time for production requests generated at seasonably busy times such as graduation.
All projects and products processed through the Printing Division and Purchasing Department will be reviewed for compliance with the University's Brand Standards.
