Peter H. Bond, C.P.M. - Assistant Vice President for Procurement Management

As the Assistant Vice President, Pete's main job is to make sure that everyone else has what they need to do their jobs effectively. He personally oversees the bidding and procurement of major contracts, and is one of only three people in the University who is authorized to sign any sort of contract (the other two being VPBA Dr. Calvin Jamison and President Dr. David Daniel).

Mary Ann Routzahn - Administrative Assistant II

Mary Ann serves as Pete's main organizational force. She oversees HR, Payroll, and Budget forms for the department, and handles research projects as requested.

Maggie Russell - Senior Administrative Clerk

Maggie receives and processes all incoming mail, checks funding availability on all paperwork coming into Procurement, and greets and directs all visitors to the office.
