David Routzahn - Property Administrator

Dave oversees the entry of Capital and Controlled Assets into UTD's inventory records, the placing of UTD property tags on such assets, the tracking of assets as they change hands within the University, the usage of University space, and the preparation of reports to the University and other State agencies.

Greg White - Chief Clerk

Greg is Dave's right-hand man, assisting in most of the Property duties and also performing spot audits of the Annual Inventory Report.

Rick Nelson - Clerk

Rick assists Dave and Greg in most areas of Property, Surplus and perpetual inventory.
