40@40: EPPS faculty member Richard Scotch will discuss "The American Health Care System, 1969-2009" as part of a year-long series of 40 events (or more) created to mark UT Dallas' fourth decade as a UT System institution. The talk will address changes in U.S. health care policy over the last 40 years.
