Dine in Dallas takes students off campus via DART to experience and learn about the variety of cuisines available in the Dallas area. This month, Dine in Dallas is featuring Southern cooking. Join the ISSO for lunch at The String Bean (students are responsible for purchasing their own food), where we will teach you the terms, culture, and tastes associated with Southern cooking.
