The CAREER Program funds junior faculty’s growth into outstanding teacher-scholars. Providing up to five years of funding, the NSF CAREER award  is the foundation's most prestigious award. 

The Office of Research is hosting  a series of panel discussions on various elements of a successful NSF CAREER proposal. 

The first in this series focuses on outreach plans. Representatives from various departments and programs on campus will discuss how faculty can work with them to enhance an education plan, a critical component to an NSF CAREER proposal. 

Those not interested in a CAREER proposal but interested in learning more about outreach opportunities for other proposals are highly encouraged to attend.
