Description: Per University policy (D11-230), each year all classified and administrative and professional (A&P) staff should have their job performance evaluated by their supervisor. The reviews are to done during the first quarter of the calendar year and this year the completed appraisal forms are due in the office of Human Resources on Friday, April 5, 2013.
The Annual Performance review is a key component in the University’s performance management system. The ultimate aim is to enable the success of all employees. We encourage employees to be better informed about the process and potential things they may do to make the process as productive as possible. With this year’s annual review training sessions, we will be reminding the employees of the key components of the appraisal forms and how to use the form and the process to develop their productivity. So, whether you are new to UTD or wanting to better understand the performance management process, we encourage you to attend one of the scheduled sessions.
Target Audience: This class is open to any UT Dallas employee and especially for those new to the University and are about to experience their first annual review.
