The UT Southwestern Mobile Mammography Unit will visit UT Dallas from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, January 29. It will be parked off Drive A on the north side of the Activity Center. To schedule an appointment, call 214-645-2560 or 886-277-0710.

Sponsored by the Wellness Committee, the service is offered to UT Dallas faculty, staff and spouses. Please have your health insurance information available at the time of pre-registration and bring your photo ID and health insurance card to the appointment. Your mammogram report will be mailed to your home in a pink envelope.

Guidelines for mammograms:

•  Annual screenings are recommended for women age 35 or older.
•  Most insurance plans and Medicare are accepted. Please check with your health care plan.
•  Sponsored mammograms are available if you do not have health care coverage.
•  The UTSW Mobile Mammography Unit is designed for routine screenings. If you have any breast problems, please consult your physician.
• If it has been a year or more since your last mammogram, please call to schedule your appointment.
