The workshop will be offered by Dr. Darla Deardorff, http://sites.duke.edu/darladeardorff/, and addressed to UT Dallas administrators and faculty that have been essential figures in the process of campus internationalization. The highlight of the workshop  will be intercultural competence as a process to enhance campus understanding, collaboration, and resolution of conflict among UT Dallas community members with many different cultural backgrounds (Mexico, Brazil, Kenya, Taiwan, US, China, Tanzania, South Korea, India, etc.). This will ultimately help UT Dallas community members as they work with international student, staff, and faculty customers.
