Curvature of smooth control systems  

I will present a uniform approach for construction of state-feedback invariants for a wide class of smooth control systems, which are natural generalization of the curvature tensor in Riemannian Geometry. Then I will discuss how the optimality properties of the extremals of the corresponding optimal control problems depend on these invariants.
