Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in a free high-intensity interval training (HITT) Body Shred class on March 11 from noon to 1 p.m. in Student Union Galaxy Room C. The class is part of the Live Healthy North Texas 10-Week Wellness Challenge activity series sponsored by the UT Dallas Wellness Committee. RSVP is required as space is limited.
