About the speakers:

Sarah Knight is experienced in patent preparation and prosecution. She represents large global corporations, universities, small to mid-size companies and startups.  She works in technology areas spanning from semiconductors to software.

Wendy Zimbone specializes in Intellectual Property (IP) licensing, IP strategy, and contract negotiations. She joins Talem IP Law from the University of Florida where she was the Assistant Director of Engineering and Software Licensing. Her practice is focused overall business strategy, licensing, and technology commercialization.

This presentation is part of the Intellectual Property Seminar Series organized by the Office of Technology Commercialization
