The campers receive listening and speech-language therapy throughout the week and participate in exciting camp activities such as arts and crafts, music and dance, bounce house slides and obstacle courses. The campers also have the opportunity to be with other children who have cochlear implants, and family members have an opportunity to come together and share information.

Camp is conducted by licensed audiologists and speech-language pathologists. Graduate students from the School of Behavioral and Brain Sciences at UT Dallas serve as camp counselors or “buddies” for the campers.
