Camp CHAT: Communication Habilitation via Audition for Teens

The weekend summer camp will focus on issues faced by teens with hearing loss, including:

• Social interactions.
• Technology.
• Academics.
• Accommodations.
• Transitions.
• Sports.

Classes and activities will also focus on:

• Using technology.
• Planning for transitions after high school.
• Developing coping skills and communication strategies.

When:
June 26 - 28, 2009

Where:
Briarwood Retreat Center in Argyle, Texas.

Cost:

$250 per teen and one parent, with a $50 additional charge for another parent.
