Research

At the UT Dallas Callier Center for Communication Disorders, our faculty, students and clinicians conduct research into the causes, prevention, assessment and treatment of communication disorders.

Our research is focused on one goal: helping every person communicate and connect with others.

Our facilities include state-of-the-art laboratories for research in child language development and disorders, autism spectrum disorders, speech production, hearing disorders, neurogenic speech and language disorders, amplification of hearing aids, cochlear implants and aural habilitation.

We also provide exciting opportunities for UT Dallas students to become involved in research using resources at the Callier Center.
