Concerning the employment process, Randy advises, "My suggestion is to start with yourself then rely on the professionals. I believe it all starts with an inward examination as to what makes you tick and gets you excited. From there, you convey those passions to an adviser at the Career Center and they will move you in the right direction. The two no-brainers are to have your resume reviewed and to strategically attend the career fairs"

Jihan believes that her education at UT Dallas gave her "the knowledge and tools to accomplish anything that I wish to do in the future." And the best advice she could give is "that finding a job is easy, but finding a career takes time. Patience and perseverance got me to where I am today."
