Looking for a job after graduation? Considering changing careers? We are here for you through all stages of your academic journey. Explore the tools below to get the job search boost you’re looking for.

Your top tools:

Handshake

Keep exploring jobs and networking opportunities on Handshake. Your Handshake account does not expire, but your UTD email will. So, make sure to update your information in Handshake to your personal email address.

Forgot to update your email address and now you’re locked out? Contact the Office of Information Technology to access your account.

Never created a Handshake account while you were in school? There is still time. Click here to get started. Keep in mind this process is only for alumni who do not have an existing Handshake account—new students have an account automatically created for them after enrolling for classes.

Career Resource Library

The University Career Center maintains a library of career resources about a wide range of topics for students and alumni. Information is provided in both a summarized, quick guide as well as an in-depth exploration of an area in career preparedness.

Individualized Strategy Sessions

Hoping for more callbacks and interviews? Unsure if your resume is making it through HR’s Applicant Tracking System? Make an appointment today to chat about working smarter, not harder, with your search.
