Graduate Follow-Up Survey
We'd like to celebrate your success!
Each semester the UTD Career Center requests graduating students at both the graduate and undergraduate levels to complete the Graduate Follow-up Survey, on which they indicate whether or not they have secured employment
or have been accepted into another degree program.
Please complete the Graduate Follow-up Survey
after you have accepted an offer or been accepted
into a graduate or professional school.
With few exceptions you are entitled on your request to be informed about the information UTD collects about you. Under Sections 552.021 and 552.023 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to receive and review the information. Under Section 559.004 of the Texas Government Code, you are entitled to have UTD correct information about you that is held by us and that is incorrect.
Your UTD identification number is being requested because it is a unique identification number, which is maintained for the purpose of providing summary statistics based upon discrete demographic criteria for accreditation and reporting purposes. Your disclosure of such information is voluntary. Disclosure of your UTD identification number will be governed by the Public Information Act (Chapter 552 of the Texas Government Code).
