- November 18, 2009 - January 29, 2010 : Applications and position listings available (online and around campus)
- December 11, 2009: Applications due for SOYE program participants.
- January 29, 2010: All other applications due.
- Week of February 15, 2010: Students receive notification of externship placement. (Placement determinations are made by sponsor selection or Career Center placement, based on submitted student resumes and applications.)
- March 8-12, 2010: Mandatory orientation session(specific dates/times TBA).
- March 15-19, 2010: Explore the WOW!
- March 22, 2010 Thank you letters are due to sponsors
- March 26, 2010: Post externship evaluations are due.
- Week of March 29, 2010: Focus Groups (specific dates/times TBA)
