At a meeting of its Board of Directors held on September 25, 1990, the Dallas-Fort Worth Section of the American Chemical Society, a Non-Profit Corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas with Charter Number 107815-1, voted by a unanimous vote to amend its Articles of Incorporation as follows:
Change the second word in Article 2:
Aritcle 2. The purpose for which it is formed...
Article 2. The objects for which it is formed...
Article 4. The term for which it is to exist is fifty (50) years.
Article 4. The term for which it is to exist is perpetual.
The amendment was adopted by a majority vote of the directors in office, there being no members having voting rights.
