Note: UTDollars which have not been used for 12 months or more will be forfeited to the University.
UTDollars
UTDollars is an optional on-campus account of prepaid funds. Deposits may be made with cash, check, or charge at the Comet Center or Bursar's Office. You can also add money to your UTDollars account via the UT Dallas Online Store.
UTDollars may be used at:
- UT Dallas dining services, including the Dining Hall
- Health Center
- Activity Center
- Comet Center
- Bursar (except for tuition and mandatory fees)
- UT Dallas Bookstore
- Technology Store
There are no fees associated with this account. UTDollars which have not been used for 12 consecutive months or more will be forfeited to the University.
Add UTDollars Online
The UT Dallas Online Store is a shopping cart application that allows students, faculty, staff, parents, and friends of Comet Card holders to make authorized UTDollars credit card deposits through a secure website.
The minimum deposit is $20. If an amount option for deposit is not available, please use the Quantity Box (Example: $100 x Quantity [2] = $200 deposit).

Important: Authorized deposits received after 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday will be processed next business day. Deposits received after 4 p.m. on Friday or weekends will be processed on Monday.
