Approval Process
Each camp/conference director must submit a Request to Host a Residential Summer Camp/Conference form to Residential Camps & Conference Services on an annual basis. One form must be completed for each summer group.
The camp/conference director must receive confirmation from Residential Camps & Conference Services stating that the housing request has been approved. Residential Camps & Conference Services will then prepare an official agreement for housing.
