You are a UT Dallas Student who is Experiencing a Personal Crisis
Students may come to the Student Counseling Center (SSB 4.600) anytime during regular office hours to meet face-to-face with a counselor (be sure to tell our reception staff that you need to talk with someone immediately).
For mental health emergencies that cannot wait until business hours, call the UT Dallas Police Department at 972-883-2222 for information on accessing the mental health professional on call.
Concerns About Another Person
If you have concerns about a student in the UT Dallas community, you may arrange to talk to a counselor by calling 972-883-2575 during regular business hours. If it is an emergency, contact the UT Dallas Police Department at 972-883-2222.
If You Have been Sexually Assaulted
Please call the UniTeD hotline, provided for UTD by the Dallas Area Rape Crisis Center, at 972 641-7273 (24 hours). You may also call the UTD police at 972 883-2222. If it is during regular business hours, you may also come to or call the Student Counseling Center (SSB4.600/972 883-2575) to speak with the campus Sexual Assault Liaison.
