Photographs and printed items will be scanned and the originals returned to the donor.

    Artifacts will be accepted as loans and returned to owners at an agreed-upon time.

  • Pencils
  • Anything that may have been purchased or given away by the University

    • Process for Submission

    All memorabilia will be reviewed by a committee to determine their appropriateness for the collections. Items are not limited to those listed above.

    Items submitted to the University will be scanned and the originals returned to the owner.

    Bring or mail your items to the Special Collections Department located on the third floor of McDermott Library, or contact Special Collections to make arrangements to have your items retrieved.
