Eligibility
UT Dallas faculty, staff and currently registered students are eligible for free transit passes from DART, Dallas Area Rapid Transit. This program offers transportation that is practical, reliable and cost-effective, as well as socially and environmentally responsible.

Am I eligible for a transit pass?
- All current faculty, staff and currently registered students are eligible.
How do I obtain a transit pass?
- If you have a UT Dallas Comet Card, fill out the online form and your pass will be ready for pick up at the Info Depot, in the Student Union, usually within three business days. You must have a Comet Card to apply for the transit pass.
What services are available with the transit pass?
- The pass allows you to use all bus, light rail and train services provided by DART, TRE, and The T.

- DART offers a simple and useful tool to assist in building your travel plans
