Each semester, students registered in Industrial Practice Programs will complete a Work Report. The purpose of this requirement is to assure that students receive the greatest possible educational value from the internship experience. Click here to download the Work Report Packet.
Students who are not registered for course credit may complete the:

3. Position Description and Evaluation Form
For students registered for class credit, the Work Report consists of four parts:

4. Narrative
