2013 Fall Intern Fair
Friday, September 13, Noon - 4 p.m.
Erik Jonsson School of Engineering & Computer Science
The event will allow employers an opportunity to meet a broad range of over 3,500 students pursuing BS, MS and PhD degrees with majors in Bioengineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, System Engineering & Management and Telecommunications Engineering.
Participation is limited to companies that are only hiring interns.

Starting April 2013, we will be accepting Fall 2013 registrations online!
Registration Fee
The registration fee funds student organizations' activities during the Fall 2013 semester. The $150.00 fee covers lunch for three recruiters, a 6-foot table and tablecloth provided.

There are limited spaces available as well as preferences for early registrants.
If you are a current employer using the Industrial Practice Programs (IPP) online system and you know your Username and Password, log in at https://www.myinterfase.com/ipp/employer.
Click on Career Events and the Career Fair to complete your registration.

Booth
Since the event is held in the hallways of the Engineering and Computer Science complex, each employer will be provided one 6-foot draped table and folding chairs for up to three recruiters. If you have more than three recruiters, we require you to register for an additional table.
Booths come equipped with :
- We are sorry, but there is NO electrical hook-up available.
- Wireless Internet access is typically not available.
- Additional event information (e.g., parking, hotel information, directions) are provided after event registration.

Cancellation Policy
Because the majority of our expenses are incurred at the time of your registration:
- Organizations who register and cancel prior to August 31, 2013 will receive a refund
minus $50 cancellation fee. - Organizations who cancel September 3, 2013 or later will receive NO REFUND.
- Registered organizations who do not show up will receive NO REFUND.
Shipping Instructions
Prior to the event
Displays and materials may be shipped in advance. In order to receive your displays at the Intern Fair site, schedule shipments to arrival at UT Dallas Shipping\Receiving by Tuesday, September 10, 2013.
Packages must be clearly marked:

After the event
Shipping of your materials maybe arranged for return at your organization's expense. Please pack extra air bills pre-addressed with your account information. Please attach your shipping air bill(s) to the displays/materials and leave them with the UT Dallas Industrial Practice Programs staff. Shipments will go out immediately after the event.
Important Notice
