Work Report Packets
Each semester, students registered in Industrial Practice Programs who have an internship should complete a Work Report. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that students receive the greatest possible educational value from the internship experience.
Students enrolled in the one credit hour course: ECSC 3177, 3179, 5177 or 5179

3. Position Description and Evaluation Form
4. Narrative
