TA/RA Orientation Dates

  • August 18, 2009 - TA’s and RA’s in room ECSS 2.102 from 9:00am-12:30pm
  • August 19, 2009 - TA’s from 9:00-3:30 in HH 2.402 (lunch will be provided)

Summer 2009 InAbsentia Deadlines

  • August 17, 2009
    Last day to request a Final Oral Exam if InAbsentia.
  • August 28, 2009
    Last day to conduct a final oral exam if InAbsentia.
  • September 4, 2009
    Last day to submit a dissertation, ready to be bound.
  • August 4 - August 19, 2009
    May NOT conduct a Final Oral Exam, classes not in session.

  • June 8, 2009
    Graduation Application Deadline for Summer 2009. See Academic Advisor for late applications.
  • July 2, 2009

REGALIA
Cost:$171.00 plus tax-> $94.00-caps for purchase, $77.00-gown rental
  • Return gowns to bookstore representative at hooding ceremony.
  • July 17, 2009 - Deadline for regalia orders at bookstore.
  • After July 17, 2009 - there will be a $20 additional late fee.
  • After August 7, 2009 - there will be a $50 additional late fee.
  • Doctoral candidates attending both hooding and commencement ceremonies may return regalia after commencement for no extra charge.
