REGALIA

    PURCHASE:

  • Ph.D Purchase: $807 (plus tax), Ph.D Hood Purchase: $140 (plus tax)
  • Visit http://www.oakhalli.com/universityoftexasatdallas/ to place order
  • Purchase regalia order deadline - July 10, 2013 (takes between 4-6 weeks to make). If a student would like to purchase one after this date, they will have to call Oakhall Customs Department at 1-800-223-0429.

    RENTAL:

  • Rental: $201 (no tax, hood & gown rental $86, tam purchase $115, all included in this price)
  • STUDENT RENTAL: Visit http://www.oakhalli.com/universityoftexasatdallas/ to place order (available through July 10, 2013) After this, you must contact Oak Hall, 800-223-0429, to place an order. Additional $50 will be added to rental order for expedited handling and shipping. Students will be notified by the bookstore, via phone or email, when their regalia has arrived.
  • Return rental gowns to bookstore representative at hooding ceremony or to the UTD Bookstore by August 19, 2013. This date is for faculty and students.
  • July 10, 2013 - Deadline for rental regalia orders for Students. July 22, 2013- Deadline for rental regalia orders for Faculty (see form).
  • If you missed the deadline, contact the bookstore for help and they can rush order for and additional $50.00 fee.
